Vicaima, an important international player in the design and manufacture of pioneering solutions for the school sector, has been elected to integrate various Portaro® solutions - a set consisting of door, frame and accessories in a single piece - for the Canto Da Maia Primary School project, ensuring a tailored design according to the specificities of the project.

The new Santa Apolónia Smart Studios residence is the ultimate exponent of practicality, but also of comfort and minimalist design. Contributing to these distinctive features are the Vicaima solutions, which have given a differentiating and outstanding touch raising this new space to a level of elegance and modernity.
University Residences of Campus Ajuda

Vicaima was the brand selected to equip the interiors of the student accommodations at the University Residences of Campus Ajuda, in Lisbon, with a number of solutions matching the contemporary nature of the development. The areas integrate minimalist plans emphasizing the identity of the project and the vibrant colours featured throughout the complex, conveying life and audacity to the interiors.
Waterport Schools
Gibraltar
Contemporary and highly functional, the Waterport Schools complex, located in Gibraltar, integrated several Portaro® Vicaima solutions oriented to the school sector, specifically developed for this project.
Calheta Medical Centre

Vicaima’s expertise in the medical sector is again in focus at the refurbished Calheta Medical Centre in Funchal. This project included various high performance solutions which ensure the functionality of the spaces, security and comfort to patients and professionals.
Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital
Madeira, Portugal
The Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital incorporated a wide range of solutions from the Vicaima Medical Range, in the new inpatient wing reserved, in the meantime, for treating patients with Covid-19.
Livensa Living Porto Campus
Paranhos, Portugal
With relaxed and urban vibes, Livensa Living Porto Campus is a student residence where contemporary meets colour and urban art.
For this building, with spaces subject to intensive use, a set of technical solutions with high resistance finishes were selected, assuring the desired safety and comfort for the project. A variety of portaro® solutions, such as 30 minute fire and 33dB acoustic doors, double leaf 30 minute fire doors or sliding doors, equipped the bedrooms, kitchens and auditoriums. The Dekordor® HD Colours mushroom brown finish was the chosen colour, which favoured the pleasant and modern ambiance of the spaces.
